Several years ago, I worked with Cody Emberton and Jennifer Oatsvall (Feather and Oak) to create a Christmas wedding inspiration photo shoot. We played with winter botanicals, fruits and textures to create some of my favorite seasonal images.
My floral ingredients were inspired by the traditional red and greens of the Christmas season. Deep red amaryllis and Tess garden roses were used as primary blooms. Additionally, I incorporated black ranunculus, honeysuckle, brown queen anne’s lace, pepper berry, and scabiosa. I also used various types of evergreens to round out the these Christmas-inspired designs.
Over the years, many brides have sent me an image of this bouquet as part of their Christmas wedding inspiration! This will always be one of my favorite collaborations.
